(The tune is for Darrell)
Well I've been married twice and currently living in the
Northwest. I've lived in Ridgefield, CT,
Carmel Valley, CA, Sierra Madre, CA, Pasadena, CA, Huntington Beach, CA and
Pacific Grove, CA after leaving Marion in 1977. Drove through all but 2
states and have visited some great countries, still desire Italy and Japan. I now have 6 kids;
Lynnsey
(25), Shelly (24), Breanna (24),
Chelsea (17),
Colton
(11) and finally
Kayla
(10). I've done a lot in my life but haven't come close to
completing everything on my wish list. I love cigars, bourbon and scotch
(and have recently discovered the wonders of filtered grain Vodkas). I'm best suited being
100 feet underwater (re-breathers
especially) or dropping from 14,000 feet.
I'm
seriously thinking about getting my pilot's license for soaring
(sailplanes), my first
flights were in Marion
with Scott. The coyote in me keeps the prankster alive. Please feel
free to visit my personal

with Saleen. Even

Liver hear or live here there.
Since several people have asked for the products and juices I used to
dramatically improve the health of my liver, I've decided to post a the
spreadsheet I used which includes the juices I made, supplements, suppliers,
etc... The web page can be found by clicking
here, click on the
linked numbers to see the product code to purchase from
Puritan.com. If you want a
spreadsheet version which you can modify to fit your needs, click
here (please note
there is a tab at the bottom of the workbook which will bring up several
different spreadsheets). I have requested an affiliate relationship with
Puritan which is where I purchase most of my supplements, so please watch for
it. Another great site for supplements and radical cleansing programs can
be found at Dr. Shultz site.
