| Hi and
welcome to my music page. The picture above was taken In September of
2002. Our first real non-paying gig, all originals too!! We played at
the Dolphin Lounge ion Gahanna, Ohio. You'll notice I am on your left with the blue guitar and Bruce is on
your right playing away on his Yamaha bass. My son Kevin, who is 16 has
been playing bass with us, but wasn't old enough to play in this bar, so Bruce
was kind enough to sit in and help us pull it off.
About 4 years ago I started playing and writing with the drummer seen here. His name is Brandon and his energy is running high most of the time. In the basement of his home he and I conceived and started "BIG KISS FARMING" A band made up of Brandon, my son Kevin , who was 12 at the time and myself. Brandon and I started teaching Kevin the basics of bass playing and rhythm keeping. We were very surprised when it seemed to come very naturally to him...go figure!! Over the next few years , every other Friday evening the three of us got together and played music. In time we had piled up a few of my originals. We needed another guitar player. It was then that Andy joined "Big Kiss" and helped to complete us!! So off we went , teaching Andy all of our tunes. Now it wasn't as if we had 30 or any thing..rememebr this is every other Friday evening kind of deal. Andy did great...we nicknamed him "JAMMER"...he moves around a lot and shakes his leg!! Below are a few addition shots, not the best, but will do. Andy is moving on to Allentown, Pa and we are sad to see him go, but he has provided us with a player to fill his shoes, Mark Hall. Mark and I have been getting together as often as his schedule permits. I believe he will work out just fine. The samples are here...we have 2 as of 2-17-03 that are in the Re-mix stages... |
